This month, we launched our new lettings brand, Delph Living, offering high-quality, contemporary apartments to rent in centrally-located city and town centres.
All of our rental properties will now be released to the public exclusively under the Delph Living brand, which can be found at Delphliving.com. The new platform already has a number apartments ready for rent with many more in the pipeline.

In addition to drawing on existing rental stock, Delph Living will also offer apartments for rent in Delph Property Group’s newest developments. These apartments will then be marketed to buy-to-let investors, with tenants in place, through the Group’s sales brand, Forty/8.
