We’re pleased to announce a new Head of Construction at Delph. Paul Neto joins our team with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and will oversee all aspects of our residential development pipeline, ensuring the quality product is achieved in a timely manner.
Paul started his career in construction in 1986 and has gained extensive sector experience as a consultant, contractor, and developer. He was previously Managing Director of Construction UK (part of Property Developer; HB Reavis) and held various management positions for VINCI Construction UK.
Paul will use his insight to help identify new sites for residential development in key city and town centre locations across the UK. His construction expertise will also allow us to de-risk sites prior to acquisition, making it quicker and easier for our partners to access one of Delph’s four collaborative funding models; forward funding, off plan, completed stock, and pre-purchase partnerships.
Howard Crocker, Managing Director, said:
“We are excited to welcome Paul to Delph. With his extensive construction experience, Paul will bring a level of insight that will ensure Delph is an attractive funding partner for construction firms and housebuilders developing in the UK’s regions.”
Commenting on the announcement, Paul said:
“I am delighted to be joining Delph. Through its varied funding models and emphasis on collaborative partnerships, Delph has gained a reputation for doing things differently. I look forward to using my knowledge of the industry to help Delph explore new technology and construction methods, whilst increasing our use of design for manufacture and assembly, to help the company deliver more homes than never before.”
