Kooky Redhill was an off-plan purchase of the residential element of the larger Redhill regeneration scheme known as Marketfield Way, which also houses a multiplex cinema and other retail spaces.

The development consists of 150 high-specification Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, all stylishly furnished and decorated with Kooky's boutique style. Kooky Redhill also features beautifully designed communal areas, including a residents' gym, coworking space, communal garden, large entrance lobby and reception.
